Reina's incredible glow up!
🕑 Added 2025-04-04 15:30:26 +0000 UTCWe've been hard at work trying and testing all possible ideas for Reina's upcoming visual overhaul, and after nearly a month of mind storming, we might have finally hit the spot. As many of you know, she was the very first character to receive a visual rework once we decided to take a few steps away from blindly copying Overwatch, and it clearly wasn't our best update. Not that she turned out bad, she simply was too different. This time, though, we are bringing Reina much closer to the roots, further improving her cybernetic hacker aesthetic and highlighting her rebellious nature. On top of that, we also took our time to make sure her overall body shape resembles Sombra's as much as possible. She's slick, she's thin, and she's deviously beautiful. But our work is far from over.
We would like to hear your opinion on these changes, so we would know whether we are on the right track. Share your thoughts in the comments, while we will be keeping a very close eye on the discussion.
Also, a few additional notes: For those of you who liked Reina's current design, don't worry! We'll make sure to keep all of her existing scenes as a bonus content, available in the gallery alongside with her reworked content. We will also look into the possibility of allowing you to revert the sprite changes back, but it might take a little longer to implement. Though it's important to note, that all of her future content will only include her updated design, since we can't afford drawing multiple variations of every scene due to the resource constrains.
And for our $5+ supporters, you can find naked version of the same picture in the spoiler channel on our Discord server.
