New location showcase - Classroom Hall
🕑 Added 2023-01-25 19:10:53 +0000 UTCAs we stated in previous post, our team is hard at work on updating every aspect of the game to bring them to our desired level of quality. All of this is part of our big overhaul project, which supposed to not only make the game look and feel much more "professional", but also prepare it for the full release.
Below you can see new locations, that will be added to the game later this year, as well as a comparison to how it currently looks in game.
Classroom Hall
This location will be split into multiple sub-locations to allow for more space where we can place interactable characters, as well as to make exploration feel worthwhile.
Currently it looks like this:
Updated locations will look like this:
Every study subject will have it's own classroom, so long gone the days where you have to wait a whole week just to interact with one specific teacher you need right now.
In case new backgrounds feel empty, don't worry, all this space will be filled with old and new characters, all (or at least most) of which will be interactable. We wanted to make sure that we have enough space there, so in case we decide to add new characters in the game, there will always somewhere to put them.
You can also be sure, that we will fill everything with secrets, that will reward most cunning of eyes. And people with X-Ray vision. Yes, more secrets and collectables.
We will continue showcasing our progress in upcoming posts, so stay tuned!]
Bonus:
Entirety of Academy building is actually planned and rendered, so in case we ever decide to go 3D, most of the work is already done.
