What makes a skin "Legendary"?
🕑 Added 2022-10-27 17:52:55 +0000 UTCOkay, so, we wanted to discuss something very important before tomorrow's release: Why are we hyping "Legendary" skin so much? Why is it even called this way? We thought, that explaining it would be fair, especially if it costs money to get access early.
Basically, Legendary skin is not just a more complex character variation, but also a short story of its own. For example, the skin coming tomorrow, Ice Queen Sombra, includes completely overhauled dialogue, new frames, new setup, everything new, apart from positions during "in bed sequence". It's not technically a "side-quest", because you don't travel through locations to progress the route, but it is quite close to that.
These skins are something, that allows us a little more of creative freedom. Obviously, with setting of our game being casual student life in somewhat grounded reality, we won't be able to introduce things, that are straight from the fantasy or something. But with skins we can go as wild as we want! Stories they tell are not particularly huge, so it won't distract you much from the original plot, but they are just big enough to take on a role of a "breather" between progressing character routes.
Every Legendary skin will guarantee a new interactions, unique or heavily altered frames, and probably additions of kinks or fetishes, that original scene did not have. We do put a lot of work into them, so they will feel as a whole new experience, and not just a slightly different look on something you've already seen.
Tomorrow you will be able to check it out yourself and we really hope you would like it!
