I needed to take sometime to rethink a lot of things before I could post again. For a really long time I have let opinions from other people affect how I see myself and realizing the impact that other people had on me, was a devastating reality to come to terms with. I felt really weak and embarrassed so I isolated for a while and sat with all these uncomfortable feelings without stimulants or distractions. Let a lot of people go from my life and promised to be more selective this time with who I allow in. I feel so much better now and I wanted you to know since I have gotten messages about the lack of posts and streams on my feed here and my other social media. Wish somehow I could stop dealing with these feelings but its a constant up and down battle for me. Im grateful for all the love I have received from you β€οΈ
A really good tip I can share that is helping me is cooking my own meals. Its been a huge part of the day that i plan out and look forward to.
