This week I went hiking on my favorite mountain after months of not being able to see it, my heart is still so full from that experience. It has been very warm so before getting new swimsuits I'm trying to see if I still like any of the ones I left back home and this one is still my favorite. Reconnecting with my favorite nature spots and even my old clothes has been such a sweet experience for me.
I have changed my diet completely eliminating processed sugars ( I have a small piece of chocolate treat to keep me hyped for long streams sometimes), and I noticed my energy levels have never been so good. I recommend you try this and when you get sweet cravings try the worlds greatest fruit 🍌
I see a lot of illness going around in young and mature people alike and I wanted to take a moment to thank God for my health, my family's and for everyone who is reading this. We truly have so many blessings that we forget to be thankful for and doing this daily is another part of my routine that helps me get through my day.
