okk story time!!,
last time i rambled about how i couldn't draw the stuff for march (thank u for all ur kind and supportive words!,! 😎🕶️🥹💛) and then somewhere in april i realized that the "night market" theme was the problem for me.. i have so much grand ideas for it butt i couldn't execute them properly or just the way i wanted it to be 💩 that is why the night market is canceLEdt (there was no discussion for it because i'm a Ducktator 🐥 democracy is dead)!!! if u feel betrayed pls leave a comment and i may just delete it hahahah,, just kidding 🌝 all jokes aside, i'm truly sorry for randomly showing up with a new theme!! butt actually!!! someone suggested doing shamrock for st. patrick's day and i guess that idea stuck with me and somehow we end up with this!!!
so this theme is something like "luck" with four leaf clover as the main character (ducky is just a npc) butt mixed with a hint of arietty!! i've been thinking a lot about little people like arietty and i thought it would be a perfect combination.. butt idk! what do you thinkk 🌝
anyway, i haven't got the chance to borrow my husbando's laptop yet so there's no preview of the desktop wally with icons like usual,, and also! it means in the gdrive link there's only the zip file for now! but i will update it soon with the foldered files like we usually have!

i need to apologize for a LOT of things so i will list them down here:
1. i forgot to post the club portrait update for MARCH even though my sis had already updated it at the end of march and she even sent me the video so i just had that ONE job of posting it but what did i do?! nothing. 🧎 so i am very sorry about that!! but you can check out the portrait page on my website to see some hot ducks!,
2. there's no portrait update for APRIL because my sis was away so she couldn't find time to make the update. super sorry for this! but we'll make up with an update in MAY! ✨
3. this post should've been up in APRIL because i owe u the stuff but i'm posting super late it's already may 🥲 and it doesn't make sense that i give u an APRIL calendar in MAY 🥲🥲🥲 apologize for being late even more than usual 🫸🐥🫷
4. lastly, i already mentioned this above but yeahh,, i changed the theme without asking you first so i'm so so sorry if you've waited for that night market yummy stuff but it never came 🥹 we could probably do that for another time 🌷

oh no!! thanks for letting me know about the png icons problem! it turns out that i had it set at 250px in my affinity photo template file somehow 🗿 so it did change last month (since i used photoshop before) 🤡 i just updated the icons for this month to 256px so you can check out the new files in the gdrive folder!! ✨

As for next month's themes: I looked up some silly international holidays, and apparently May 1 is both Mother Goose day and Chimney Sweep's Day. A nursery rhyme or Mary Poppins theme could be really cute?

The shamrock theme looks really cute! That's a shame that the night market didn't work out for you. Maybe you can revisit it later and recycle some of your work and ideas! A summer festival theme would be adorable, or a youkai market in October...

if the theme doesn't vibe with you, it's better to go to where your inspiration want to! i love the new theme a lot! just a fyi, i like to put one of the icons on the folder of which month to remember the theme (i'm on mac), i noticed that this pack and the last one resulted in blurry icons which was very weird as it didn't happen before! so i looked into it and i think the only difference is that in the last two the png icons are 250x250 instead of 256x256 from before - very odd and might depend on my view options but i thought i'd mention it. the ico files are the usual size to i used those instead and it looks clear now.
