spoopy time is upon us π»π₯ there were too many great ideas from you last month! alas i couldn't do each and every one of them whoop but here we go!!
the parade isn't exactly about halloween i guess it's just a spoopy parade π»π€π» or whatever you want it to be!!! we don't celebrate halloween here where i am so the only time i got to see a halloween celebration was when i happened to visit Omotesando during my japan trip in 2019. They were having a halloween parade and it was really fun to watch but to tell you the truth the only thing i remember about that parade was this doggie who was all dolled up because it was the cutest thing!! ...or the spoopiest thing whoop π
as for our spoopy ducky parade, it was mostly inspired by that one scene in Pom Poko (the ghibli film about raccoons who can transform their balls lol). someone also mentioned asian ghosties so i included one of my country's popular ghost called pocong (do not try to google if you're a scaredy duck like me!! i'm warning you!!). oof just typing the name already gave me the chills π± --so we'll call him poci. poci is the candy-like ducky, wrapped in a white cloth. 100/100 very spoopy.
someone requested Dia de los Muertos, which is celebrated in november but it fits the theme so why not!!! we also have some duckies from famous shows like Scooby Duck and Over the Quackin' Wall (doesn't sound very nice but i tried lol). the frog is my absolute favorite drawing out of everything here please give him some appreciation lmaoo πΈ
oh also the coloring sheet is the most cursed coloring sheet in ducky history,, i cannot look at it without having a headache hahaha i am truly not sorry for the chaos π₯ππ₯
