Oh man! ... That's what we call "Kaiserwetter", which roughly translates to "weather conditions that would please our emperor". The term is mostly used in winter time and only for weather in the mountains...And yes, we (Austrians) are a bunch of nostalgic idiots, who glorify a bunch of pompous war criminals.
