Check your porfile on Discord. If it says PUBLIC which means that your Patreon Academy membership is not reflected in your discord profile, which means you need to follow these steps to resolve this:
#1 first of all: make sure you joined discord with the same email as you used to join the ACADEMY on Patreon.
Otherwise you won't get full access and will only see the public rooms.
#2 Use a web-browser (NOT the phone app of Patreon) to go to this link to connect your Patreon profile to the Discord profile and get all the access: https://www.patreon.com/settings/apps/discord
However, if that doesn't work for some reason, go directly to https://www.patreon.com/
sign in with your credentials.
Then go to "Settings"
Then under "More" you will find "Connected Apps" - click on it.
Then click on - connect discord to Patreon
In case you don't fully understand, Here is a 1 minute tutorial on how to connect your patreon account to discord - https://youtu.be/wnckzLgGOJs?si=ZWo2oJ2wZEgn5ZQA
If something doesn't work for you in this process - click on the Support Ticket on discord on the top of the page, and we will get it fixed asap.
If all else fails, send an email to Greg here: TOMNASH.DS@gmail.com
