CrowdStrike (NASDAQ:CRWD) - Patreon Members Exclusive Review
🕑 Added 2023-06-03 18:24:30 +0000 UTCIf you are in the market for an AI growth stock you can’t be buying NVDA and the rest of the stocks that ran up like crazy, you have to look for the ones that haven’t gotten overhyped and are still reasonably priced, and have plenty of real potential and not just bs claims.
Crowd strike is an interesting candidate. It’s cybersecurity product, the Falcon platform, offers an AI-driven, cloud based automated endpoint protection, based on a subscription-based model and it’s one of the best in class.
$CRWD is currently trading at $151 per share. As you will see in this review, in my own personal opinion, this is a long term 3 year hold with potential of $200 - $220 per share, giving it a 30%-50% upside potential within 3 years. Obviously it can also go to $0 per share since it’s a risky speculative stock so do your own research into this company please.
Fundamentals:
1. Low short interest of 3% ✅
2. Revenue of $2.2 billion annually ✅
3. Losing -$200 million a year - not profitable⛔️
4. $2.5 billion of cash vs. $800 million debt ✅
5. Assets to Liabilities Ratio 5:3.5 ✅
6. Heavy CAPEX $250 million ⛔️
7. Free Cashflow $700 million and getting better every year(+5,000% in 3 years) ✅
8. Institutions hold 73% ✅
With a price to sales ratio of 15 it’s not dirt cheap but it’s also not expensive, especially given the fact it has an AI based product which didn’t get caught up in the hype yet like NVDA and some of the others.
If you are trading this stock I can’t help you. No idea where it goes in 2023. Don’t ask me. However, If you like this stock as a growth AI play long term for 3-5 year hold period, this is an interesting candidate to look into at the current price level of $150.
Don’t forget our discipline rule, whatever you buy fo it slowly over time using dollar cost averaging DCA and don’t go crazy buying it all at once, it’s gambling and not long term investing.
