Was the Q4 earnings call so bad? What happened to make the stock lose more than 15% in one day?

PLTR reminds of VMW in the early days, when their COGS was very small like PLTR, but SGA and sales where eating a high portion of the gross margin. as revenue grows and spending reduces the free cash flow will be amazing.
