The .xlsx file format is what Microsoft Excel creates/uses. If you don't have Microsoft Excel, Apple makes a software application for the Mac called Numbers. This is also able to open and read Excel documents if you don't want to pay MSFT about $100 annually

Unable to open the file. Well , more accurately, when I open it, it is blank. I have a new Mac. Do I need to add something to my computer to be able to download and open this file properly ? Yes, I am tech challenged :-( but otherwise a lovely gal, hahaha ! Also, which video are you referring to ?
