Disney Stock DD and Evaluation
🕑 Added 2021-04-11 09:38:04 +0000 UTCDear Patreons,
I would like you to look into Walt Disney (DIS). It has a market cap of about $341 Billion and is currently trading at $187.98 per share. My target price is $220 by the end of 2022, with a slow growth as the economy re-opens.
Due to the pandemic Disney faced many operational difficulties with respect to their physical assets but it sits on over $17 Billion of cash and $201 Billion of assets vs. $113 Billion of liabilities and a 56.21% debt to asset ratio.
Their revenue for the trailing 12 months is about $60 Billion but I expect it to go to $70 per year by the end of 2022.
Please also bear in mind that the recent rally in DIS stock was driven by strong performance of its streaming business, Disney+, as streaming demand has been high during the pandemic. Disney+ is able to boast a total global subscriber count of 95 million in just one and a half years since its launch making it both rotation friendly and tech heavy. In addition to strong demand for Disney+, with gradual vaccine roll-outs, market expectations of Disney’s traditional businesses, like cable and theme parks picking up over the coming quarters, I expect a big boost for this stock in 2021.
Please note that as with ANY post or video I make this is NOT financial advice and strictly my opinion and may be totally wrong. Do your own research please. Note that past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Don't assume an investment will continue to do well in the future simply because it's done well in the past. This is strictly my opinion, so do your own research and make up your own mind. This is not financial advice, just entertainment, so be careful!
