Hi Tom, any reason why the EBITDA multiple is 12x when the Tech industry average is 25ish. Also is the EBITDA multiple the same as what we see on Yahoo Finance or other sites as EV/EBITDA ratio?

Hi Tom, i have a question why the formula of "After Tax" row is EBITDA - (Earnings after DA*Tax %).. shouldn't it be Earnings after DA - (Earnings after DA*Tax%)
