Hey Tom, how did you arrive at earnings after taxes of $157,805 off EBITDA of $185,000? If the nominal tax rate is 21% shouldn’t earnings after taxes be lower?

Also, D&A in your DCF is increasing significantly YOY while projected CapEx is flat, doesn't seem to align. Not trying to be THAT guy, just contributing to the community

Agree on all points. I tried to simplify it to the bare minimum. As far as potential, that’s debatable and objective. They doubled revenues every year since 2017 so I see this as viable but I hear your opinion as well

DCF should include incremental NWC, tax amortization/depreciation tax benefits, LTGR is high -IMO (feel free to ignore, these are all estimates anyway)
