I do like SOFI audience targeting. It is not novel to me but how they package it for the younger demographic with pretty good return in their ETF and one-stop-shop idea is interesting. However, i am waiting for the drop to get in.

It's likely only an issue if there was some reson to eject a director and then likely the law of the land takes precedence over anything written in the company policy anyway.
