I wouldn't really consider Harley to be a clown at this point, her design is so heavily alienated from her original appearance in the 90s that it's a joke to call her a clown at this point sadly. DAMN YOU DC COMICS FOR RUINING A THEMATICALLY APPROPRIATE DESIGN!
