Summer / King T'Challa
🕑 Added 2023-12-16 04:48:36 +0000 UTCHello friends I'm back with a new illustration!
I was a little hesitant about this one, I only made one portrait of Chadwick as Black Panther before he passed, and I really wanted to have a chance to revisit him but I didn't wanted to be disrespectful, after a lot of thinking, I decided this would be the perfect context for that, the 4 seasons is such a peaceful, romantic collection and it just feels right.
I used some design elements from the movie like the patterns and the flowers, and I love the yellow background, very Summer-ish. WYT? I'll be posting all the related content over the weekend, I hope you like it. As always thank you all so much for your support 💜💜💜

This is such a beautiful pic! It's nice to see you draw Chadwick again, and I think you hit a good balance between respectful and sensual, gorgeous work!

Thank you 🙏🏽 I make the design in Adobe Illustrator, then I color it & add textures in Photoshop

Your artwork is very beautiful. I love how it is almost photo-realistic, and yet there is still something about it that reminds me of symbolism and Gustav Klimt. May I ask about the backgrounds? How do you produce them? I'm an amateur digital artist myself, and I would be grateful for a bit of advice and direction.
