I agree with being patient. But I also agree with not setting a release date until bugs are sorted out. I understand that there is only so much that they can do or predict. But at the same time, when you set a date fore release and that date is not met, you will be met with disappointed fans. Frankly, there are valid points on both sides. Regardless, it is most important that they take their time and that they don't over exhaust themselves and Etc. I mainly would just ask for more communication so that people are not left in the dark as much. Communication is key.

But right now people are paying money monthly for broken promises. Needless to say, their game is the best, and I am convinced that version 1.8 is the best upgrade ever. Of course, they don't have to cut their sleep hours to work for delays. All I want to say is, if you're going to be late, please announce it in a place where everyone can see it at a glance, such as a Discord announcement channel or a patron site. If you just do that, it doesn't matter how late you are. I hope everyone can wait calmly. If you say that having that wish itself is unhealthy as a fan, I think that perception is distorted.

Then I eventually found it in the patreon-chat buried among thousands of other posts. They need to be better at posting these updates where they are easy to find and preferably in all of their media.
