Development Update - v0.02 (NSFW)

I'm back with another update, and this one's a bit spicy. Originally, as I was building the bathroom scene and rendering out the CGs, I wasn't completely happy with Jesse's "package". My original intent was to use default genitals that shipped with the model I was using. I thought the default genitals were good and would be perfect for what I wanted.
However, the main issue with using defaults is the lack of control and options. There would have been workarounds for some of this, but overall, I think the presentation would have been lackluster.
I decided to switch, which has caused a slight delay in the next update. With the new model in place, I will be re-rendering the bathroom section. I believe this upgrade will be 100% worth it, and I think you will be happy with the end result as well.
Attached are three images. First, we have an in-game CG of Jesse during the shower. The second and third are a before-and-after image, and you can see there's a "big" difference between the two models. Let me know what you think!
Timeline
The outline for this update is much larger than the demo and includes a lot more dialogue and character interactions. As long as everything continues to move forward smoothly, I'm expecting the next update to be finished towards the end of July! I originally wanted to have the update out by the end of this month, but the additional month will allow for more content in the update without having to cut it short to reach the original deadline I had set for myself.
What I'm Working on Now
After the bathroom scene has finished rendering, I will be moving on to rendering the next scene, which takes place in Jesse's house. I'm currently building out the home and adding in extra bits of detail. This is when we will meet Jesse's family and start to see the dynamic of their household.
(A small "spoiler": Jesse and Nathaniel will meet and interact in the next update!)

I wanted to have a good balance! While the new package is larger, itβs not unrealistically massive. I was testing another model that required a ton of size reduction and it just didnβt look great. I was able to pull this one back while staying natural looking.
