Best way I can explain the flip flop between Peeta vs Gale. She was trying to force herself to like Gale because she thinks she’s “supposed to”. Think we been in the trenches together so I should but I like this boy who I think the Capitol wants me to like and she doesn’t want to like anything from the Capitol. They do a bad job of trying to explain her feelings plus keep in mind she still only a teenager.

1:49:25 in the books Gale and Katniss relationship/connection was more detailed so I guess it made more sense with the back and forth between them. But yes in the books there is a lot of back and forth with Katniss when it comes to them. Also too, in the books we hear a lot of Katniss’ thoughts and perspectives which help understand why she keeps “flip flopping” between Gale and Peeta.

I had a similar issue a day or two ago but on the computer. I couldn't watch them on here and they were even hard to watch on Vimeo. Luckily it seemed to have sorted itself out after an hour or two when I checked back but it was weird for sure.
