It always gives me goosebumps to hear the line "It's what Himmel the Hero would have done." His comrades miss him so dearly, and the story does such a perfect job of showing what an amazing person Himmel was. He may not have been the true Hero, but he earned that title in virtually every meaning of the word.

Alicia remember they are both war orphans and were both raised specific ways fern for magic stark for combat neither of their lessons included romance or dating

Am I the only one who didn't like Ferns outfit? The pattern made it look bad, at least to me.

i hope you will do thunderbolts soon it's incredible

Carl Rigney

I like how Fern's second shield shattered into butterflies, and how Frieren had absolute faith that Fern would shield Stark from Frieren's offensive magic. -- Eisen, season 1 episodes 5-6 "He was the only one who ran when demons attacked his hometown. A coward. He's like me. So I taught him everything I knew. Now he's someone who can fight for another." "My student will become an incredible warrior."

Jorden Powell

Hope we get more stranger things soon, didn't realize last episode was in January 😅

Who doesn't love fern and stark

Jathby Dredas

My GF straight-up wrote me a Google doc on her preferences. Yes, it was necessary.

I love Ferns and Starks date! Story makes their relationship build slowly, and it seems to fit their characters since they both don't know much about dating, romance or such. Top of it all they are traveling with Frieren!

Do you think Eisen ever figured that he'd have to be giving dating advice to Stark? And how much dating experience does Eisen have? You think you're safe, a cute date episode then they bring in Frieren and Himmel searching for a cat and the screen gets blurry. A rousing fight with near death moments to get the heart racing and the a tranquil moment to calm down and we get Himmel's speech and blurry screen again. By now it's Pavlovian, Himmel on screen eyes get blurry, how do they keep doing this?
