Issa (character profile)
🕑 Added 2018-11-12 18:12:21 +0000 UTC One part of an eventual pair of characters, this is Issa! Part elf and demon (both of the Paeran variety), Issa and Vela are two Paerans who spend a good portion of their time out-and-about in the jungles surrounding the main city; watching for dangers, seeing to it that the larger beasts don't wander too close, and occasionally indulging themselves with the treats they might run into every now and again. :PIssa is rather quiet, a bit of a difficult read... she doesn't seem very talkative, and she can be rather blunt and to-the-point when she does speak. In actuality, it is more of a dry humor she enjoys, taking some amusement in subtly teasing others. Give her a subject she is passionate about, and she will open up considerably as well! (she quite likes dressing up, though there's not as many opportunities when hiking through the wilderness.)
I'll be working on Vela soon, as well, the two of them a nice contrast/complement to each other in their personalities (Vela is far more upbeat and talkative). And maybe some tidbits of a rough story idea I'd had, which was a part of the inspiration for the both of them! Funnily enough, Vela was the first one I thought up, but looks like Issa beat her to image-form. :D
Oh, and yes, Issa has a single long horn. I... couldn't figure out a good way to have it in-frame for this render without making her look shorter as a result. I'll think of something to show it off later!

How odd! It seems to be working for me now, maybe you got here too quickly? Also, try a force-reload (hold Ctrl and press F5 if you're on Windows), just in case it's somehow holding the previous versions of the files.
