One of the Main Purposes of this Space

They come to me randomly without any effort at all, whether I'm in meditation, walking in nature, or even when I'm busy at work doing mundane tasks. In a way, you could call these experiences 'Satori', to use a term from the Zen tradition:

The insights that accompany these can be in varying degrees, from easily describable to being very challenging to put into words. Regardless, this space is for me to capture them and share those random realisations of truth with you.
