Home Cures All π‘

I can feel my depression slowly lifting, but I flew home to be with my family for a bit just in case. Home always cures me! Lol also my mom just really wanted to care for me & was honestly a huge part in me even realizing how depressed I was a few weeks ago. We were on the phone & she kept offering for me to come home & visit for a change of scenery & just to break the depression feedback loop & I kept denying her & then a few days ago I was like fuck it Iβm going π My brother is home too actually & this is the first time weβve been home at the same time since 2015!!! Cuz I always come home for Christmas or New Years & he ONLY comes home once a year Mid-November before ski season starts for his work. Needless to say Iβm very happy to be back! My mom has recently redecorated every room in the house to have more feng shui & I must say it looks very iconic here! Love you guys π Just put up a new vid on YT as well which was a βClean With Me: β¨Depression Editionβ¨β if you need some motivation to break your mental spiraling too! xo
