🕑 Added 2024-07-02 12:43:41 +0000 UTCThis weekend, we will have a quick update that will satisfy a lot of people. In short, NPCs are harder to kill by default and player can die. This will make the game more challenging and will make you feel more excited.
Initial thoughts
bare hands won't one shot NPCs. Instead it can only do very little damage. This will allow you to give them a good beating without they die too early. You can spank them too <3
stab force, arrow won't kill NPCs straight away. So you can stab them a few times or puncture them with arrows
we will introduce body part health, which means all body part will have specific health. dismemberment can only be triggered when the health runs out.
only head, neck, and hip dismemberment are critical. The rest won't kill NPCs straight away
stretch goal: npc expression/reaction when they are hit
PLAYER DAMAGE: NPCs with swords can damage/kill player
