I just released the first edition of what I'm calling my Jane's Manual to Section 99 firearms. But I always like to give people something for free, so here's an example of what you're getting in that post, in a description of Van's own weapons of choice. You'll notice the pattern of his character is present here: he's an educated sledgehammer, and so are his primary and secondary.
