Yes that temp is OK. There is some debate about the ideal drying temp, as far as I know, no one has scientifically put it to the test but the consensus informed view is that you want to dry it as fast as possible and get it out of an oxygen exposed condition, so the 165 will dry faster than say 130 which might be an advantage. Just don't leave it in there for too long, when its cracker dry, its done.

the dehydrator you have linked does not have temp control. I ordered one and it looks like it has one temp per the manufacturer is 165 deg f. is that ok?
