Bob and you don't think that when John finds out about it, it's after MC and Nicole and the story is over. MC will swim in concrete boots and Nicole will be trapped in the tower. ;)

The only problem with that thought is that John won't let Nicole have sex with him, so if she does get pregnant he will know it's not his.

Nicole and John's scene is inevitable if Nicole gets pregnant one possible solution to this problem is to see them together. And Orbi's role is to show it as much as possible in a cool and meaningful way.
