[New Episode] How to Film a Good Sword Fight | Video Essay
🕑 Added 2019-12-05 19:47:28 +0000 UTCAre you excited for The Rise of Skywalker? I'm not, but I still want to talk about Star Wars for a bit. Mainly, the mishandling of lightsaber fights in recent Star Wars movies.
It wasn't until Mandalorian came out that many fans, myself included, remembered that the series was meant to be a samurai western. In that case, it is only fair to look at sword fights from Asian films, and see how we can improve lightsaber fights.

Great video, on point as always. Thank you so much! Plus, it's given us neat ideas for movies to watch.
