Update 29+30
🕑 Added 2024-09-20 17:20:15 +0000 UTCHello everyone,
vote for Update 29 was won Papua New Guinea/Kiribati so it will be added in this update. Second placed were Tahiti/Samoa and New Caledonia/Vanuatu which will be added in Update 30.
In Update 29 there will be East Timor, India, Iraq, Maldives, Papua New Guinea, Kiribati and updated Japan.
East Timor - kind of problematic because in 2024 there was no league played at all (only cup which teams from first level ignored), so I worked more or less with 2023 format, added are 2 levels + cup, first level made to be played on two rounds (was played like that till 2020, from 2021 played only on one round)
Maldives - this is another problematic nation, first level league wasn't played at all in 2024 because of plans to change it but because of lack of planning, finances and corruption everything fell down like house of cards, president of FA was arrested and only second level started, so how things will look is not certain, added 2 levels (based on season 2023) + cup + youth league
Iraq - very interesting nation, they are cooperating with LaLiga about everyrhing in Stars League (1 level), they have interesting foreign player rules where players from FIFA ranking that are under 90 place need to have certain procentage of matches in national team, unfortunately FM doesn't have this kind of rules so it was simplified, added are 3 levels + cup + U21/U18 leagues
India - there is very problematic reletationship between I-League 2/I-League 3 and State Championships which has to be simplified a little (there are missing some State leagues too), everything is reorganized so Super League is level 1 and I-League is level 2. To Super League is added Shield competition (which is for winner of regular season), added is Super Cup (which is normal cup) with format that was used till 2023 and from 2024 there is added new format, added are U18 and U21 leagues, there is lots of things added (reworked) in general
Japan - updated with additional youth leagues, there are used to generate U18 teams to teams from J1//J2/J3 that has none in league (at start all of them have it but the newly promoted teams don't have that)
For Update 30 there will be Tahiti, Samoa, New Caledonia, Vanuatu and Poland+ in which 5 level will be added, it's kind of big so voting will be for Update 31 and it will start tomorrow, there will be Australia, Germany, Ecuador+ and Bolivia+.
As always thank you for your support and I wish you nice weekend :)
