Busy Weekend!! - Look!👀
🕑 Added 2024-12-09 11:47:15 +0000 UTCSo after speaking to a couple of members, i have decided that i will be creating two head for the Baroness model. Her standard stare from the renders i put up on Saturday and also another facial expression.
I have spent the weekend learning to retopologizing my sculpt so i can add a facial animation rig to it. This is amazing and something i had not thought of learning before.. It took some time but in the long run this should speed up my head sculpts as i can now basically create a face and give it expression and pos afterwards rather than creating it in that pose. Then i can remesh it once i'm happy and sculpt more details on it again in the new expression.... sorry to waffle on but i'm really excited by this!! I've rigged it up and put a selection of face poses on the attached image. If you could all kindly look over them and let me know which facial pose i should go with as the additional head for the Baroness..
To have the eyes, mouth, cheeks, etc all so easily posable is an absolute game changer and should let me offer you guys alternate heads in the future too!!

I think Q goes well with the pose, many of the others would call for more action type movement in her pose. ie: the body is too relaxed for screaming, it just would'nt fit the pose. IMO. Thanks for ncluding us in your work!

K or q for me I'm really impressed this is so cool. I've just started looking into 3d sculpting myself and I have absolutely no idea wtf I'm doing with any of it 😅 still just watching videos on YouTube about programs on iPad 😂. She looks so much like my girlfriend it's unreal 😂 so maybe more the angry face it's what I'm used to 🤣
