*Chapter 906: Seize the Moment*
🕑 Added 2025-06-09 16:28:05 +0000 UTCSince he hadn’t mastered any Wood Release techniques, Seimei could only rely on instinct to manipulate the vines in his hand, getting a feel for the newly acquired Wood Release Kekkei Genkai.
After practicing for a bit, a thought crossed his mind, and he made the vines in his palm vanish.
Then, he tried channeling Water Release and Earth Release again, attempting to fuse them into Wood Release once more.
But this time, before he even started the fusion, Seimei had a gut feeling—he could already use Wood Release directly.
So, he let go of the Water and Earth chakra in his hands.
Extending his right hand, he focused for a moment, and with a single thought, a cluster of Wood Release chakra formed in his palm.
Staring at the glowing green chakra, feeling its vibrant life force, Seimei couldn’t help but break into a genuine smile.
This was his second time successfully forming Wood Release, and doing it so instinctively confirmed one thing: he had truly unlocked the Wood Release Kekkei Genkai.
This was a solid step toward mastering the Bloodline Net.
How could he not be thrilled?
Still, he wanted to double-check.
“Panel!”
With a thought, Seimei opened his proficiency panel.
A familiar light blue screen appeared:

His eyes locked onto the new entry under Bloodlines: Wood Release (1/1000). Seimei let out a long breath.
This entry was proof—he had indeed unlocked Wood Release.
It also confirmed that the changes in his body were, without a doubt, at the genetic level.
With that, Seimei felt completely at ease.
As for the measly 1/1000 progress? Honestly, he didn’t care much.
Sure, it showed his Wood Release was still in its infancy, with tons of room to grow.
But so what?
Seimei’s main goal in developing Wood Release was to master the fusion of Water and Earth chakra natures, paving the way for the Bloodline Net, not to boost his combat power with Wood Release itself.
So, there was no need to dive deeper into it.
With that time and energy, he’d rather work on other Kekkei Genkai and master their chakra nature fusions.
Seimei had already decided: next up, Lava Release.
With the Four-Tails, a beast naturally gifted with Lava Release, in his arsenal, Seimei was confident it wouldn’t take much longer than Wood Release did.
One thing worth noting: as he ventured deeper into the ocean, using the harsher underwater environment to speed up his physical training, his chakra consumption kept rising.
Before, he used only 36,000 chakra points daily on Palm Immortal Technique and Human Control. Now, it was over 150,000.
This forced him to divert some chakra meant for developing the Bloodline Net to cover this gap.
To streamline things and make it easier to manage his shadow clones’ training, Seimei went all in, allocating 150,000 chakra points directly to Palm Immortal Technique and Human Control.
This left him with 1,000,000 chakra points daily for Bloodline Net development.
In other words, for Lava Release, he could use up to 1,000,000 chakra points per day.
What about the extra chakra allocated to Palm Immortal Technique and Human Control if he couldn’t use it all? Simple—store it in his forehead’s alternate space.
Ever since his Senro Bansho Seal reached Lv10 (0/0) mastery, his forehead space could hold a whopping 50,000,000 chakra points.
Even with a ten-day rest cycle where he’d store excess chakra, it was nowhere near filling that space.
Storing this bit of chakra was a piece of cake.
And when Palm Immortal Technique and Human Control eventually demanded over 186,000 points daily, he could dip into that reserve.
This setup meant he wouldn’t need to tweak his chakra allocation for at least a month.
Talk about a time-saver!
These thoughts raced through his mind, and Seimei quickly refocused, his gaze shifting downward.
Then he noticed Spirit Transformation Technique.
After nearly two weeks of grinding, it had reached Lv6, and it wasn’t far from Lv7.
At this pace, it’d hit Lv7 in two days max.
Then, in about 27 days, it could reach Lv9.
By then, he’d be ready to perfect the Soul-Locking Contract Instant Movement Seal.
Once that was done, using it to control Danzo’s soul would lift a huge weight off his shoulders.
Sure, the past few days of draining Danzo’s chakra went smoothly, but you can’t just live in the moment.
His gut told him time was running out—he had to act fast.
With that thought, Seimei didn’t waste another second. With a whoosh, he closed the panel.
Before it vanished, he glanced at his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan’s progress.
In the past two weeks, it had only gone up by 27 points.
Compared to his usual average, that was just a 5-point increase.
Not exactly a big leap.
The reason? Simple—his Mind Reflection Technique still wasn’t fully refined.
But he was close.
With Wood Release now unlocked and Hashirama’s cells fully activated in his body, his Sharingan’s evolution would get a subtle boost.
Using this as a reference, he’d soon perfect Mind Reflection Technique.
When that happened, his Sharingan’s progress would skyrocket.
No more wasting time. Seimei raised his hands, formed seals, and cast Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, summoning 150 shadow clones.
With a thought, he quickly organized them into groups.
As the clones dispersed, Seimei headed to the shore.
Training resumed!
