Thank goodness Uchiha Madara was as strong as he was. If it had been anyone else, Kazama probably would’ve obliterated them into nothingness in a single clash.
Seeing just how insanely powerful Kazama was, Madara realized that if he kept fighting, he’d likely end up getting cut down. But running away? That was something Uchiha Madara could never do.
After all, Madara was all about pride. How could he just tuck tail and flee for no reason?
So, without hesitation, Madara used his Kuchiyose no Jutsu to summon the Kyūbi no Yōko.
“What?! Uchiha Madara actually summoned the Kyūbi no Yōko?!”
Down below, Senju Hashirama’s heart skipped a beat when he saw Madara’s summoning beast. The Kyūbi was the head of the nine Tailed Beasts, with power to destroy heaven and earth. How could Hashirama not be shocked?
Now, with the Kyūbi by his side, Madara burst into wild laughter.
“Listen up, you little punk!” he sneered at Kazama. “Don’t think you can act all high and mighty just because you’ve got some fancy strength. A true shinobi doesn’t just rely on their own power—they use external forces too. This Kyūbi no Yōko is my external force. Let’s see how badass your so-called divine Susanoo really is! Go get him!”
The moment Madara gave the order, the Kyūbi, controlled by his Sharingan, charged straight at Kazama.
Kazama just smirked coldly, completely unfazed.
Not only did he have his divine Susanoo, but he also wielded the full power of all nine Tailed Beasts. Taking down the Kyūbi? Child’s play.
Still, Kazama couldn’t help but feel annoyed that Madara had the nerve to look down on him. So, he decided it was time to teach Madara a lesson and slap that smug look off his face.
Pretending to be outmatched, Kazama let the Kyūbi attack his Susanoo.
Madara, clueless about the humiliation coming his way, kept mocking him.
“Heh, take a good look, Kazama, you little punk! Feeling the power of my Kyūbi now? Let me tell you, this Kyūbi no Yōko is the king of the shinobi world. Whoever controls it rules the shinobi world! You don’t stand a chance!”
“Fine,” Kazama replied calmly. “Guess I’ll show you my real strength.”
With those words, Kazama dismissed his divine Susanoo. In a flash, he transformed, unleashing the power of Yamata no Orochi.
The moment Kazama’s Yamata no Orochi appeared, Madara, Hashirama, and the others froze in terror.
Sure, the Kyūbi was the strongest of the nine Tailed Beasts, but Yamata no Orochi? That was a legendary creature, something they’d never even laid eyes on before. Naturally, they were stunned.
They couldn’t believe Kazama possessed the power of a mythical beast from legend.
As Madara caught sight of the Yamata no Orochi that Kazama had become, a sinking feeling hit him. The aura radiating from it was even more overwhelming than his Kyūbi—stronger, fiercer, and downright terrifying.
Chapter 322: The Power of the Ten-Tails
Uchiha Madara once again commanded the Kyūbi, the Nine-Tails, to charge at the Yamata no Orochi, aiming to seize the upper hand.
But Kazama had already anticipated Madara’s move. He immediately directed the Yamata no Orochi to unleash a barrage of attacks with eight different chakra natures: Wind, Lightning, Water, Fire, Earth, Lava, Ice, and Storm.
In a single clash, the onslaught overwhelmed the Kyūbi, forcing it to retreat in disarray.
This left Madara even more stunned.
Without hesitation, Madara summoned his Perfect Susanoo once more and draped its armor over the Kyūbi’s form.
“Heh, you little pest,” Madara sneered. “Let me enlighten you. This technique is called Armored Susanoo. Impressive, right? You’ve never seen anything like it! With my Susanoo now fused with the Kyūbi’s power, your days are numbered!”
As the Armored Susanoo emerged, it struck with such force that Kazama’s Yamata no Orochi was pushed back repeatedly.
“Not bad, Uchiha Madara,” Kazama chuckled. “You’ve got some tricks up your sleeve. Fine, let me show you my Armored Susanoo!”
“What? That’s impossible!” Madara’s heart skipped a beat at Kazama’s words.
But before Madara could process it, Kazama had already cloaked the Yamata no Orochi in his own Susanoo armor. The empowered Yamata no Orochi clashed fiercely with Madara’s Kyūbi.
Kazama’s raw strength far surpassed Madara’s, and within a few exchanges, his Armored Susanoo-driven Yamata no Orochi sent Madara’s Armored Susanoo reeling.
Seeing Madara’s inability to keep up, Kazama smirked coldly.
Yet, despite being outmatched, Madara refused to yield. He kept hurling insults at Kazama, his pride unbroken.
Kazama, watching Madara’s defiance despite his clear inferiority, grew furious. Madara’s arrogance, his refusal to heed warnings—it was too much.
Kazama knew Madara was the type to never back down until he hit a wall. So, he decided to show him an even greater power, to make him feel the true gap between them.
With a flourish, Kazama transformed, unleashing the power of the Jūbi, the Ten-Tails.
As the Jūbi appeared, the Kyūbi collapsed in terror, paralyzed. Even Madara’s Sharingan, which controlled the Kyūbi, couldn’t force it to fight against the Jūbi’s overwhelming presence.
The hierarchy among tailed beasts was absolute. While the Kyūbi could dominate the other eight, it was utterly suppressed by the Jūbi—a fact rooted in their bloodline.
The Kyūbi’s fear coursed through Madara, who felt the terrifying might of Kazama’s Jūbi through his connection with the Nine-Tails.
Chapter 323: Getting Ready to Crush Black Zetsu
At this moment, Uchiha Madara was caught off guard and immediately collapsed to the ground in shock.
“So, what do you think, Uchiha Madara? I bet you’ve never seen this Juubi I’ve transformed into. Let me tell you something—your Kyuubi and the other eight Tailed Beasts? Their power comes from this Juubi, split apart. So, do you really think your measly Kyuubi could take on my Juubi?”
Hearing Kazama’s words, Uchiha Madara realized he was no match for Kazama. This filled him with burning frustration.
But no matter how furious he was, Madara knew he couldn’t afford to keep fighting Kazama. He understood that facing Kazama would only lead to one outcome: getting killed by him. Kazama’s strength was just too insane, too overwhelming.
Right then, Kazama dispelled the Juubi form, returning to his normal appearance. He turned to Uchiha Madara and said, “I told you before, didn’t I, Madara? You’ve been manipulated by Black Zetsu. He used his special ability to alter the stone tablet of your Uchiha clan, tricking you into wanting to seize the cells of the Senju clan!”
“What? How do you know about that?” Madara asked, stunned.
Though Madara didn’t fully grasp what Kazama meant by “Black Zetsu,” hearing him reveal his true intentions shocked him to the core. Because it was true—Madara did want to take the Senju clan’s cells. That was his path to gaining the power of the Sage of the Six Paths.
“I’ll tell you this, Madara,” Kazama continued. “If you manage to get the Senju clan’s cells, sure, you’d become insanely powerful—no question about it. But that strength? It’s temporary. In the end, you’d still be controlled by Black Zetsu.”
“What? Is that true?” Madara’s heart skipped a beat at Kazama’s serious tone.
Given Kazama’s incredible strength, Madara couldn’t help but believe him, even if he didn’t want to.
“Heh, of course it’s true!” Kazama smirked. With a single hand, he used Bansho Ten’in (Universal Pull) to yank Black Zetsu, who was hiding in the shadows, right into his grasp.
“What is that thing?” Madara and Senju Hashirama, who was nearby, were both stunned as they saw Kazama pull a dark, shadowy blob from the ground into his hand. They had never seen anything like it before.
“You little pest! I can’t believe your senses are that sharp to detect me!” Black Zetsu spat, furious that his years-long scheme had been so easily unraveled by Kazama. His anger boiled over, but it was useless—he was completely powerless to break free from Kazama’s grip.
Ignoring Black Zetsu, Kazama turned back to Madara and Hashirama. “You two see it now, don’t you? This is Black Zetsu. He’s the one who’s been manipulating both of your clans, pitting the Uchiha and Senju against each other. If you fall for his tricks, both of your clans will be destroyed. Your top priority right now is to stop fighting immediately. That’s the only way to bring peace to the shinobi world—the peace you both want to see!”
Chapter 324: Reclaiming the Crimson Lotus Flame
"What's that?"
Hearing Kazama's words, Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama gave a solemn nod.
After all, their original dream was to bring peace to the world.
The reason Uchiha Madara had clashed so fiercely with the Senju clan was because he’d been swayed by Hei Zetsu’s manipulations. He believed that by gaining enough power and casting Mugen Tsukuyomi (Infinite Tsukuyomi), the world would finally know peace.
But what he didn’t realize was that this kind of peace was fleeting—a shallow illusion, not true harmony.
Now, seeing Kazama repeatedly thwart his plans, Hei Zetsu was livid. In a fit of rage, he unleashed a blazing red flame.
In the blink of an eye, it surged toward Kazama, intent on burning him to ash.
"Heh, Hei Zetsu, you really think a measly Guren Goka (Crimson Lotus Flame) is enough to take me down?" Kazama said with a cold smirk as the fiery attack roared toward him.
With a flick of his wrist, he unleashed Shinra Tensei (Almighty Push), sending both the Guren Goka and Hei Zetsu flying over a hundred meters away.
Kazama had long sensed the Guren Goka within Hei Zetsu’s body. But he wasn’t fazed in the slightest. After all, this flame had once been under his command, just like the Joren Yoka (Pure Lotus Demon Flame). Both had sworn loyalty to him, recognizing Kazama as their master.
So, without hesitation, Kazama turned to the stunning, fiery woman formed by the Guren Goka and said, "Time to submit to me again."
"Submit to you? In your dreams!" she snapped back.
Before Kazama could finish, the crimson beauty charged at him with murderous intent.
"What? How is this possible?" Kazama muttered, stunned.
The Guren Goka was supposed to obey him like the Joren Yoka had. Yet here she was, attacking him without hesitation, as if she didn’t even recognize him. Shock rippled through him.
From a distance, Hei Zetsu burst into mocking laughter. "What’s wrong, you little punk? I don’t know the full story behind this Guren Goka, but since you know her name, I’m guessing she used to be your lackey. Too bad for you—she won’t bow to you anymore! I’ve infused her with my Hei Zetsu cells. Now, the Guren Goka answers only to me!"
"So that’s how it is," Kazama said, his lips curling into a grin instead of a scowl.
Hei Zetsu’s taunting had just handed Kazama the key to turning the tables. If he hadn’t known why the Guren Goka was betraying him, taming her might’ve been tricky. But now that Hei Zetsu had foolishly spilled the secret, Kazama had a plan.
After all, Kazama already wielded twenty-two other Ika (Strange Flames). Purging the Hei Zetsu cells from the Guren Goka would be a piece of cake.
Hei Zetsu, oblivious to Kazama’s arsenal of flames, thought he had the upper hand. He believed controlling the Guren Goka meant he could crush Kazama with ease.
Sneering, Hei Zetsu kept up his insults. "You little brat, don’t think your fancy powers let you show off in front of me! The Guren Goka is on a whole other level—way stronger, way more badass than you!"
But while Hei Zetsu was busy mouthing off, Kazama had already slipped a wisp of Teien Ika (Emperor Flame) into the Guren Goka’s body. In just a few moments, it incinerated the Hei Zetsu cells into nothing.
"What? No way!" Hei Zetsu gasped, suddenly feeling the Guren Goka slip from his control.
Panic set in. He stumbled back, cold sweat dripping down his face.
Chapter 325: Relentlessly Crushing Black Zetsu
“Possible or not? That’s not for you to decide—it’s for me to decide!”
At that moment, Kazama burst into laughter, staring at the terrified Black Zetsu.
Just then, Guren Goka (Crimson Lotus Hellfire), who had regained her senses and broken free from Black Zetsu’s control, hurried to Kazama’s side.
“I’m so sorry, Master. I was bewitched by Black Zetsu’s cells earlier, which made me attack you. Please spare my life!”
“Oh?” Kazama raised an eyebrow, surprised by her words.
In the past, Guren Goka had always been aloof and prideful, often dismissive even toward her master, Kazama. So, seeing her act so humbly now piqued his curiosity.
Guren Goka bowed respectfully and continued, “Master, you may not know this, but the reason I was so distant before was because your strength wasn’t that impressive, and you hadn’t truly mastered all twenty-three types of strange flames. But now, including me, you’ve obtained all twenty-three flames. You’ve become the King of Strange Flames—you are the flames, and the flames are you. Naturally, I must show you my utmost respect.”
“I see,” Kazama said with a chuckle, nodding. “Looks like this world really is survival of the fittest. Strength truly conquers all!”
Just then, Black Zetsu, seething with rage, saw that Kazama had so easily reclaimed Guren Goka, whom he had worked so hard to control. Not only that, but Kazama was now flirting with the stunning beauty Guren Goka had transformed into, right in front of him. This sent Black Zetsu into a furious, uncontrollable tantrum.
Though Black Zetsu was merely a manifestation of Kaguya Otsutsuki’s will, he was still a lustful creep at heart. When he first saw the breathtakingly beautiful form of Guren Goka, he had tried to take advantage of her. But even under his control, Guren Goka remained sacred and untouchable, rejecting him time and again.
Now, seeing Kazama not only steal Guren Goka but also win her affection, Black Zetsu’s anger exploded. He flew into a rage and, in a flash, began hurling insults at Kazama.
“Kazama, you little punk! You really think I’m scared of you? Even if you took Guren Goka, I’m not afraid! I’ll tear you to pieces and grind your bones to dust!”
Kazama didn’t flinch at Black Zetsu’s words. Instead, he burst into wild laughter. “Heh, Black Zetsu, I didn’t expect you to be this cocky in this parallel world. Have you forgotten how, back in the real world, I kept beating you senseless?”
“Beat your mother!” Black Zetsu spat, clueless about parallel worlds or the real world. All he knew was that Kazama’s overwhelming power and smug attitude infuriated him beyond reason.
In a flash, Black Zetsu lunged at Kazama, ready to attack.
But Kazama, seeing Black Zetsu—already on the brink of defeat—still daring to act tough, just smirked coldly. He let Black Zetsu come at him, ready to deliver a fatal blow the moment he got close.
