Pulling out his phone, Roy checked the number. It was Keller Evans' call.
Roy suddenly remembered that he hadn't contacted Molly yesterday. He also wondered if that silly woman, Kelly, had listened to him.
"Hello, is this Ms. Evans?"
Unfortunately, it was Molly's anxious voice that came from the other end of the line.
"Roy, something bad has happened! We can't reach Keller!"
"What did you say?"
Just then, Roy walked over to Emma, who looked at him curiously.
"We were supposed to meet up at the agreed time last night, but Keller didn't show up, and we haven't been able to contact her at all today!"
Roy's brow furrowed.
"Didn't I tell you to call her back?"
(Please remember the website 101kan.com to watch the fastest chapter updates)
"Keller didn't listen to me!"
Rolling his eyes, Roy sighed. There was just no dealing with this kind of woman who seemed to have a death wish.
But horror movies were never short of people like this who courted danger. Or maybe Americans just naturally liked to tempt fate.
Roy had even watched tons of compilations of foreigners doing stupid, dangerous things in his past life. He really had too much free time back then.
"Listen, I need you to grab your things right now, leave your current location, find somewhere to hide, and I'll come find you immediately."
"Okay!"
Roy hung up and got into his car, planning to take Emma home first and then immediately go look for Molly.
On the way, Emma suddenly spoke up.
"Brother Roy, are you in a hurry?"
"Yes, I do have some urgent business."
"Then why don't you take care of your urgent business first? I'm not in a rush to go home."
Roy looked at Emma in the rearview mirror. She still had that perfect, flawless smile on her face.
"No, the urgent matter I need to deal with is quite far away. It's better if I take you home first."
As it turned out, after dropping Emma off at home, Roy found that his parents were out.
According to the message on the answering machine, the couple had gone to a banquet and wouldn't be back until very late.
This was a bit of a problem because Texas law prohibited leaving children under the age of 12 home alone, otherwise, the parents would face legal prosecution.
Emma looked at Roy with her bright, sparkling eyes, seemingly hoping that Roy would take her with him to handle his urgent business.
"I'll take you to stay with your sister Jennifer for a while."
There was no way Roy could bring Emma along. After all, the things he had to deal with tonight could be very troublesome. Bringing a little kid would look ridiculous, it's not like he was Kick-Ass.
Hearing this, Emma's expression fell for a split second, but with her strong ability to control her emotions, her face quickly returned to its calm demeanor.
However, Roy keenly noticed this fleeting change in expression. It seemed Emma's homeroom teacher was right; Emma did have some psychological issues.
Normal kids wouldn't hide their true emotions like that!
Roy began to wonder what had happened to Emma's father, his uncle, to make him leave Emma at their house temporarily.
Once the situation with Keller Evans was resolved, Roy felt he needed to have a serious talk with his parents about Emma's problems.
Roy took the somewhat unwilling Emma to Needy's house. Needy still liked Emma very much, but Jennifer's attitude seemed a bit strange.
"Roy, this child Emma..."
Jennifer wanted to talk to Roy about Emma's issues, but Roy was preoccupied with Keller Evans' situation and wasn't in the mood to hear about Emma.
"Jennifer, I have something urgent to deal with right now. We can talk about Emma when I get back."
With that, Roy started his secondhand yellow Chevrolet Camaro and headed straight for Austin, the capital of Texas.
During the Nightwalker incident, Roy learned the address of a dark web stronghold from the Collector. Afterward, the female reporter Keller Evans investigated and found it to be a private club.
According to the information Keller had previously revealed, this private club was quite powerful, frequented by wealthy businessmen and politicians.
According to Roy's initial thoughts, as long as he confirmed that this private club was connected to the dark web, he would just storm in and take out all the dark web people.
However, Keller wanted to investigate the private club's behind-the-scenes boss and then use legal channels to put them in prison.
It could only be said that the female reporter was still too naive and hadn't seen the true sinister nature of society. Even if these rich and powerful people went to prison, they would still be living in luxurious private rooms.
There was even a wealthy person who directly served their sentence at home. What could you do about them?
The only fairness in this world was that everyone only had one life, just like that insurance company president who was taken out by Luigi.
Roy met Molly at a motel on the outskirts of Austin.
To be honest, Roy was starting to develop a psychological shadow regarding motels.
Roy had stayed in a motel twice, and both times they were shady establishments where he was secretly filmed by pinhole cameras. This made him carefully check every room whenever he entered a motel now.
This motel was relatively close to the city, so it seemed it should be safer.
"Molly, what exactly is the situation now?"
Molly had calmed down. This young woman had experienced her father being killed before her eyes, making her more mature than others her age.
"A few days ago, Keller decided to apply for a job at the private club in order to investigate its owner. We agreed to contact each other at a fixed time every day, but starting yesterday, we lost contact with Keller."
Keller actually went to apply for a job? She really had guts!
"Ms. Evans has been investigating for almost a month. She should have other findings, right? Did you bring the information?"
Molly handed Roy a laptop. Roy opened the folder on the desktop and began to browse. Inside were videos that Keller had recorded secretly.
On the surface, this private club was just a BDSM-themed erotic trading venue. This alone already violated local Texas laws.
However, Roy saw several Texas state senators in the videos, so he knew the police definitely couldn't touch this place.
There were also Keller's written notes in the folder. She had basically confirmed the private club's connection to the dark web and had discovered a space in the club's basement that only high-level members could access. More criminal transactions were likely hidden there.
Keller went missing after discovering this space.
"It seems Keller really did find something secret!"
"Roy, what should we do now?"
Molly's eyes were full of worry. After spending nearly a month together, she and Keller had become good friends.
"Of course, we're going to storm in and rescue Keller!"
After all, Keller had started investigating the dark web organization under his guidance. He couldn't let anything happen to her.
However, Roy wasn't going to play any cat-and-mouse games with the dark web. He would just go straight in and get it done.
Of course, he still needed to hide his identity, otherwise, it would be ridiculous if he got reported by a McDonald's employee and arrested like Luigi.
While thinking, Roy suddenly thought of a certain beautiful nun.
So, Roy took out his phone and dialed a number.
The phone was answered quickly.
"Hello, this is Isabella."
The nun on the other end of the line sounded a bit hoarse, as if she wasn't feeling well.
"Ms. Isabella, do you remember me?"
"Cough, cough, cough! Is that you, Roy Black?"
"Yes, I remember you told me half a month ago that if the investigation into that incident yielded any results, I should call you. Well, I've found the lair of those people. Are you interested?"
Roy also heard that the nun's voice was a bit off, but he assumed she had a cold.
Speaking of which, would an angel descended to earth also get sick?
"Tell me the address, I'll be there immediately!"
Roy gave her the address of the private club, but he didn't really believe she could arrive on time.
Because during the Nightwalker incident, this nun chased the Collector, who was driving, on foot, and ended up arriving later than Roy and the others.
If it was like that again this time, what was the point of Roy calling Isabella?
"Um, Ms. Isabella, would you like me to drive and pick you up?"
There was a period of silence on the other end of the line. Roy was almost certain she was going to refuse when he heard a soft reply.
"Okay."
Then, Isabella gave an address, and Roy was surprised to find that it wasn't far from the motel where he was staying.
Hanging up the phone, Roy looked at Molly.
"Molly, I'm going to rescue Ms. Evans. Will you wait for me here?"

"I don't want to just sit here and wait doing nothing. I want to help! No matter what it is!"
Molly's eyes were very firm. This girl was already prepared for a fight.
Roy thought for a moment and then came up with an idea for Molly.
"Okay, can you drive?"
Molly nodded. Her car had originally broken down on her way home, which was why Clive's tow truck had taken her to Kevin's motel.
"Maybe you can drive as backup for me and Ms. Evans. I'll give you another phone number. If things go wrong, call this number, give my name, and tell them the situation!"
The phone number Roy gave Molly was Elena's number.
Elena should be at the FBI division in Austin right now. If she could bring FBI-SWAT to raid the private club, it could indeed change the situation. It would also serve as a backup plan.
Molly nodded solemnly.
"I will definitely do it!"
"Alright, let's go get a car first."
Roy certainly wouldn't drive his secondhand yellow Chevrolet Camaro to cause trouble. That would be too conspicuous.
Fortunately, Roy possessed the "Master Thief" ability, making it very easy to acquire a car. He could just steal one from the roadside.
In the end, Roy chose a relatively old van, and then he took Molly to pick up Isabella.
The address Isabella gave was an old, dilapidated church on the outskirts of Austin, which fit her identity as a nun.
This beautiful nun was still wearing the same black, tight-fitting nun's habit as before, as if she never wore any other clothes.
After getting in the van, Isabella frowned at Molly.
"Who is she?"
"Uh, she's responsible for backing us up. She'll be driving later."
Roy's explanation made Isabella shake her head slightly.
"I don't need backup. After you drop me off at that place, you two can leave."
Roy's mouth twitched. He hadn't expected Isabella to have this attitude, but he also noticed that Isabella's face was very pale.
It was a sickly pallor, looking very unhealthy, as if she was injured or seriously ill.
So, Roy found an excuse.
"Ms. Isabella, you don't look too good. How about letting me help too? After all, I also have a score to settle with the dark web."
Isabella was silent for a moment, then replied to Roy.
"Alright, but I hope you don't slow me down."
The private club was located on the other side of Austin, also in the suburbs.
This place was a world of extravagant pleasures every night.
Beneath the private club was where the truly important people would come.
A man wearing a mask stood in front of a camera, speaking like a host.
"Welcome to today's Bloody Day, I am your old friend!"
If Roy were present, he would recognize the man's voice as the same one that had appeared on the radio twice.
"Today, we will welcome a special guest!"
The masked man presented the special guest, who was none other than Keller Evans.
At this moment, the female reporter was fixed to a chair, unable to move, with her mouth gagged.
The masked man lifted Keller's chin and continued his introduction.
"Keller Evans, a well-known reporter who contributes to Los Angeles, very influential in social news. This woman tried to infiltrate our club, intending to expose it, and then, unsurprisingly, she was caught by us."
The masked man's words were also meant to showcase the dark web's power. Without this kind of strength, those wealthy individuals and politicians would definitely stay away from the dark web. These people valued their reputations the most.
As he spoke, the masked man removed the gag from Keller's mouth and then asked her mischievously.
"Reporter Evans, do you have any questions you'd like to ask?"
Keller glared fiercely at the masked man.
"Don't be so smug, someone will definitely bring you to justice!"
Keller was referring to Roy. She had already realized that reasoning with an organization like the dark web was useless. It was necessary to fight fire with fire.
The masked man laughed heartily.
"I didn't expect you to be so naive at thirty! Don't you understand? America is a paradise for the rich, not for you!"
After laughing enough, the masked man put the gag back in her mouth and continued speaking to the camera.
"Alright, gentlemen, now let's start the voting. How are you prepared to deal with this overly righteous female reporter? It's all up to you!"
On the other side of the camera, a large number of figures could be seen scrolling rapidly on the monitor.
The wealthy people watching the program were all spending lavishly.
Facts proved that live streaming combined with tipping could indeed stimulate consumption. The prize pool in the直播 room quickly exceeded ten million. Those wealthy individuals seemed to greatly enjoy Keller, or rather, they enjoyed watching Keller's tragic end.
"Time's up! Let me see the most popular way to deal with her! Oh, you actually want to pierce Keller's shoulder blades, hang her up, and whip her. Have you all become so gentle now? Or is it because this female reporter looks good, and you've developed some sympathy?
Come on, don't be like this! I almost don't recognize you all!"
The masked man made a joke and then signaled the staff to come up.
Two strong men entered the直播 room, one on each side, and lifted Keller, then pierced her shoulders with iron hooks.
"Ah—"
Keller let out a scream, and then the masked man picked up a whip, ready to lash her.
Just then, the masked man suddenly heard some commotion outside.
"What's that sound?"

Chapter 108: Trial
The time was about ten-odd minutes ago. Roy, wearing a mask, and Isabella, who didn't care at all about revealing her identity, arrived at the entrance of the private club.
Two strong security guards stopped them.
"This is a private club. Do you have a VIP card?"
"Of course!"
Roy held back Isabella, who was about to make a move, and pretended to reach for a VIP card. Then, he suddenly punched both guards and knocked them unconscious.
Isabella frowned slightly.
"Why did you still lie to them?"
"Might as well save some energy if we can. Tonight's work isn't going to be easy."
Roy's reasoning convinced Isabella. She didn't dwell on the issue of Roy's lie, and the two of them entered the private club together.
This private club was frequented by dignitaries and wealthy individuals, so security was paramount.
After Roy and Isabella's actions were captured by the security cameras, a large group of guards immediately came after them.
Isabella looked at the circle of guards around them and immediately activated her Eye of Judgment.
"So many sinners, receive my judgment!"
With that, Isabella drew her twin guns and entered a battle stance.
After encountering Michael, Roy had asked the teachers at the school about things related to Michael.
Thanks to the strong religious atmosphere in Texas, almost every household had a Bible. However, Roy's current identity prevented him from directly touching the Bible, so he could only ask others.
Michael is depicted in the Bible as a warrior who fought against Satan, the Lord of Hell.
It's worth mentioning here that Satan is a general term for the Lord of Hell. As long as you reach the level of a Lord of Hell, you can be called Satan. For example, Elizabeth, who is also Beryl, would occasionally refer to herself as Satan.
The Bible doesn't specify which of the seven demon lords of hell Michael fought, but it's certain that Michael's strength was definitely at the Satan level, and possibly even above the demon lords.
That's why Elizabeth sensed Michael's arrival and immediately pretended to be pregnant and fled to the West Coast.
Moreover, Michael is also the angel of death who guides people's souls to the other side during the final judgment and completes the judgment. She is a symbol of justice and fairness, so she can easily see the sins on people.
Apart from his fondness for women, Roy was considered a law-abiding young man. He had also killed many murderers and demons, which is why Michael considered him a good person.
Now, seeing this large group of vermin in the private club, Isabella couldn't help but want to judge these guys.
For some reason, Isabella especially liked using firearms, even though her marksmanship was terrible, so bad that even Roy couldn't stand to watch.
Fortunately, they were inside the club, and the enemies were relatively close, so Isabella finally didn't end up just outlining people with bullets like last time.
But Isabella had guns, and naturally, the security guards at the private club would also have guns. This was America, after all. How could you even think about going out without carrying a gun?
After taking down a few enemies with her twin guns, a hail of bullets quickly rained down on Isabella.
Facing the barrage, Isabella dodged as if dancing. Countless bullets grazed past her, but not a single one hit her.
This level of physical coordination, this dynamic vision, this reaction speed... Roy suspected that Isabella's current agility attribute might already exceed 50.
Many guards who saw Isabella dodging bullets turned around and ran as if they had seen a ghost.
After all, these guards were paid to deal with troublemakers, not ghosts causing trouble.
Isabella pulled the triggers of her twin guns again, unleashing a wild barrage of fire. However, handguns have limited bullets, and some guards weren't killed.
At this moment, Roy, who had been observing from the sidelines, drew his Smith & Wesson M625 and fired six shots in an instant, taking down all the remaining guards.
Isabella looked at Roy in surprise.
During the Night Demon incident last time, Isabella had only seen Roy fire one shot, so she hadn't noticed his level of marksmanship.
"Your shooting is pretty good."
"Thank you for the compliment, Ms. Isabella."
Isabella looked away and took out magazines from her nun's habit to reload her twin guns, continuing to walk towards the interior of the club.
At this time, due to the gunshots at the entrance, the interior of the private club had already descended into chaos.
The soundproofing of the rooms in the private club was quite good, but not all the guests were in their rooms. Some in the lobby heard the gunshots.
These were all wealthy and influential people, and none of them valued money over their lives, so they immediately began to flee.
Just then, a group of security guards appeared and collided with the fleeing guests, turning the scene into complete pandemonium.
It was at this moment that Roy and Isabella entered the lobby, and both sides immediately opened fire.
The complete annihilation of the previous group of guards meant that the subsequent guards didn't know what was going on. Now they finally understood how their colleagues had been wiped out.
Relying on her high agility, Isabella wielded her twin guns and moved as if in an empty space. Her marksmanship didn't support long-range shooting anyway; she was completely a close-quarters gunfighter.
And with Isabella, this nun, drawing attention in front, Roy could easily provide cover fire from behind.
This kind of easy combat was something Roy had never experienced before. In the past, he was always charging ahead, sometimes even having to withstand a hail of gunfire.
He never thought he'd have a chance to be a shooter.
"Sinner, sinner, all sinners!"
Isabella fired wildly, quickly running out of bullets. She threw away the handguns in her hands and snatched weapons from the nearby guards to continue shooting.
Whether they were security guards or wealthy and influential guests, Isabella didn't spare anyone, treating them all the same.
Only the staff of the private club weren't all killed by Isabella. Some were only injured, probably because these service personnel weren't all deeply sinful.
A few minutes later, only Roy and Isabella were left standing in the lobby. Everyone else was either dead or injured and lying on the ground, sobbing.
Isabella picked up her guns and once again took out magazines from her skirt. Roy began to wonder if she had an inventory slot hidden beneath her skirt.
At this moment, Roy walked over to Isabella and greeted her.
"Ms. Isabella, a friend of mine has been captured. I need to go find her now."
Isabella glanced at Roy.
"We must eradicate evil completely! I need to deal with the sinners here first, and then I'll go find you later."
It seemed the angel of judgment had taken a liking to the "business" in this private club.
It wasn't surprising, though. The only other place where you could usually find so many bad people was probably the US Congress.
Roy guessed that the tragedy at the private club would shock the entire United States tomorrow.
But that had nothing to do with Roy. He only killed the security guards. If the FBI wanted to find the culprit, they could go look for Isabella.
"Alright!"
The security guards of the private club had basically all been killed in these two battles, so Roy very smoothly arrived at the basement entrance that Keller had secretly photographed.
Using his Thief skills, Roy very easily cracked the electronic lock.
"Open sesame!"
The scene shifted back to the masked man. He looked at a subordinate rushing in, his face full of anxiety, with a surprised expression. He then gestured to the staff behind the camera.
"Pause the live stream for a moment."
"Manager, we can't pause this live stream. Once it's paused, it will be very troublesome to reconnect!"
"Then turn off the audio first, switch to a different view, and continue the live stream after I've dealt with this!"
"Okay."
The masked man, referred to as the manager, stepped out of the camera's view and questioned his subordinate.
"Didn't I say not to disturb me unless it's urgent?"
"Manager, two people just broke into the club. They've killed a lot of people, and we can't stop them!"
"What did you say?!"
The manager was shocked and immediately took off his mask, heading towards the surveillance room.
Places like private clubs, frequented by dignitaries and wealthy individuals, theoretically shouldn't have surveillance. But not installing it wasn't safe either, so they could only secretly install cameras in key locations.
The surveillance room wasn't on the ground floor either; it was in the basement.
Seeing the images on the monitor, the manager was almost scared to wet his pants, especially when he saw Roy easily open the electronic hidden door by destroying the hardware.
This guy had even found the hidden camera and struck a pose for it.
The latest novels are first published on [website address]!
Looking at the surveillance timestamp, the incident had happened just a minute ago.
"Fuck! Immediately call the mercenaries! What about the security guards? How many are left?"
The subordinate looked distressed and answered the manager.
"Most of the security guards were killed in the lobby. There are still some in the basement, but..."
The security guards in the private club were mostly gang members, and their combat effectiveness was actually average. Their main role was to maintain order.
After all, the behind-the-scenes boss hadn't anticipated that two killing machines would suddenly appear and wipe out dozens of security guards in a head-on confrontation without sustaining any injuries themselves.
This situation was already beyond the manager's comprehension.
"You immediately have the remaining security guards stall those guys! The mercenaries will be here soon!"
The manager angrily pushed his subordinate out and then fled back to his office in the basement to pack his things and run.
The mercenaries would definitely arrive, but the question was when. So, to save his life, the manager could only have his subordinates stall the intruders while he quickly made his escape.
However, the manager also knew to erase the secret information in his office. Otherwise, if this confidential information fell into the wrong hands, he wouldn't survive even if he escaped.
But it was precisely this action that cost the manager his last chance of survival.
Kicking open the office door, Roy walked in, supporting a wounded Keller by the shoulder.
"So, this is where you were!"
The manager, startled, felt the voice of the person who had just entered was very familiar.
"I've heard this voice before. You're Roy Black!"
"You got it right! Too bad there's no prize. I said I'd kill you with my own hands, and I always keep my word!"
At this moment, Keller noticed the manager's small movements.
"Roy, he's destroying evidence! Stop him quickly!"
Hearing this, Roy placed Keller aside and walked towards the manager.
Although this evidence wasn't of much use to Roy, having it in hand was still a trump card, and Roy naturally didn't want it to be destroyed by the manager just like that.
"You even thought about destroying evidence? You're really loyal to the dark web!"
The manager panicked and hurriedly reached into a drawer, taking out a medium-sized, large-caliber revolver.
"Don't come any closer! You won't have a good ending going against the dark web! You don't know who you're facing!"
Roy continued to walk forward with a relaxed expression, completely ignoring the manager's warning.
"Oh, really? Then why don't you reveal his name? Maybe I'll be so scared that I'll let you go."
Roy certainly knew that there was a bigger mastermind behind the dark web. The manager in front of him was just a pawn pushed to the front.
The manager's face was full of fear. His fear of the dark web's big boss was clearly greater than his fear of Roy.
"I can't say! If I do, I, my family, and my friends will all die! Don't come any closer!"
The fear in his heart had completely overwhelmed the manager, and he finally couldn't help but close his eyes and pull the trigger at Roy.
However, at this time, Roy was already very close to the manager. He took a step forward and slapped the manager's gun-wielding hand from below, causing the muzzle to point upwards and the bullet to hit the ceiling.
Then, Roy directly broke the manager's arm, snatched the revolver from his hand, and completely deprived him of his ability to resist.
"Huh, a Smith & Wesson M629? Nice!"
Wasn't this a coincidence? Roy's original sidearm was also a Smith & Wesson M625, but the M629 used .44 Magnum bullets, which were generally used for hunting large animals and were very powerful.
Moreover, the revolver in his hand was more like a work of art than a weapon. The barrel had exquisite engravings, and the grip was made of snow-white ivory.
The rich were different; even their weapons were custom-made.
Roy didn't hesitate to shove the M629 into his pants pocket. This gun would be his loot from now on.
Next, he had to deal with the computer. But looking at the loading screen on the computer monitor, Roy didn't know what to do for a moment.
"Evans, how should I deal with this computer?"
"Just take out the hard drive directly and take it with you. I can find someone to try and recover the hard drive!"
Why look for someone else? Niddy could probably do it.
Roy knew how to remove a hard drive. He forcefully opened the computer case and took out the hard drive inside.
"No! You can't do this! You'll get everyone killed!"
The manager, whose hands were broken, sat on the ground and still wanted to stop Roy, but Roy kicked him away.
"Don't worry, sir! We haven't settled our accounts yet. I'll immediately repeat what you've done to others on you."
After entering the basement, Roy had seen many cells, all filled with kidnapped people, each of them tortured beyond recognition.
And all of this was the work of the man in front of him.
This guy had a secret television station where he would broadcast the abuse of those who had been kidnapped every day. Most of them would be tortured to death on the spot, and those who survived and were locked in the cells were considered lucky.
If Roy hadn't come today, Keller Evans would probably have suffered the same fate.
The manager's pupils constricted, and he fell into endless fear.
"Kill me, please kill me! Please kill me now!"
Roy pulled the manager up and grabbed a wad of tissues from the table, stuffing it into his mouth.
"It's too late to regret it now! Receive your judgment!"
Tonight's live stream suddenly cut off, making a group of wealthy viewers quite annoyed. Just when they thought the broadcast was over, the picture suddenly returned.
But at this moment, the wealthy viewers discovered that the person hanging on the iron hook wasn't the beautiful woman from before, but a middle-aged man. Judging by his clothes, it seemed to be the previous host.
Was this a new program? The wealthy viewers quickly got their answer.
Smith & Wesson M629 Revolver
Chapter 109: The Fallen Nun
Just then, another strong man wearing a mask entered the frame, holding a chainsaw.
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the trial!"
Roy pressed the button to start the chainsaw. It was a prop he found in the basement, not his usual chainsword.
Operating the camera was Keller Evans. She used to be a journalist and worked at a TV station, so she knew how to handle a live broadcast.
After learning about Roy's plan, Keller, who had always supported due process, suddenly had a change of heart. She agreed to help Roy carry out his vigilante justice. Her experiences over the past couple of days must have changed her.
Roy had already stopped Keller's bleeding. The basement had a surprisingly well-stocked medical kit.
"Let me introduce myself. I am the judge today. You can call me the Fear Knight."
This was the codename Roy gave himself to avoid being labeled with any random names later on.
"Does this person look familiar? That's right, he's one of the heads of the Dark Web organization in Texas, someone who once controlled countless lives. But today, I will seek justice for those who died unjustly, using the very methods he employed."
As he spoke, Roy pressed the button again, putting the chainsaw into high-speed mode, and then held it in front of the manager.
The manager had already realized his fate. His survival instinct drove him to make one last desperate struggle.
Unfortunately, with his shoulder blades pierced by iron hooks and his legs locked, the manager was completely helpless.
"Don't worry, you won't be alone. I'll send all the people above you down to keep you company!"
After saying this, Roy started sawing into the manager's waist with the chainsaw.
The cutting power of this chainsaw was nothing compared to his chainsword. It was very inefficient at cutting through a human body. However, that was exactly what Roy wanted. He wanted the manager to experience the same feeling as those he had tormented.
Because his mouth was gagged, the manager couldn't speak, but his pale face clearly showed his agony.
Sawing someone with a chainsaw was indeed quite satisfying. Roy really liked his chainsword as a weapon. The only problem was the massive amount of blood, especially since the chainsaw in this private club had limited cutting power.
It took Roy over a minute to saw the manager in half. A large amount of viscera spilled out, but because of the diaphragm separating the abdominal cavity, some of his most vital organs were still intact.
This was the most agonizing part of a waist cut, because the key organs needed to sustain life were still functioning, so the person wouldn't die immediately.
If they were unlucky, they might struggle for hours before finally dying in agony.
All that awaited the manager was endless fear and despair as he slowly felt death approaching.
"This gentleman has received his punishment, but those of you watching on the other side of the screen haven't been punished yet. Don't let me find you!"
Covered in blood, Roy made a heart shape with his hands towards the camera. This gesture looked incredibly bizarre in this scene, sending a chill down the spines of all the wealthy individuals watching the live stream.
If these people were anywhere near Roy, he would definitely be able to harvest a large amount of fear.
Keller cut off the live stream, her face filled with the pleasure of revenge.
"Keller, how are you feeling?"
Because Roy had saved her life, his relationship with Keller Evans had become much closer. They were now on a first-name basis.
"My body hurts a lot, but I'm really happy inside!"
Keller's answer was exactly what Roy expected.
"So, do you still think due process is better now?"
Hearing this, Keller looked at Roy seriously.
"Roy, just because I supported your use of vigilante justice this time doesn't mean I've abandoned the importance of due process. Not everyone is as strong as you, and you shouldn't overuse vigilante justice, or you'll make mistakes someday!"
Keller's words surprised Roy. He hadn't expected this female reporter to have such a strong sense of justice.
Overusing vigilante justice would indeed lead to social chaos. However, there's no perfect system in this world. What truly maintains social stability is people's conscience.
Roy shrugged and walked over to Keller, helping her leave the makeshift broadcast room.
"Keller, you know me. I don't have any bad intentions other than liking beautiful women. If the Dark Web hadn't gone too far, I wouldn't have done this."
Hearing this, Keller also sighed.
"There's no possibility of reconciliation between us and the Dark Web now. You need to be mentally prepared!"
"I don't think the Dark Web will find me so quickly. But you, Keller, you've already shown your face on camera. That might be more troublesome."
"I'll go find my friends. They have some influence in the government and should be able to protect me for a while. Then I'll find a way to expose the Dark Web's activities."
This female reporter was really stubborn. Roy couldn't do anything about it, so he could only wish her well.
"Don't you dare die. I was planning to give you an exclusive interview!"
When Roy mentioned the interview, Keller couldn't help but laugh. As a result, her wounds were aggravated.
"Don't worry, I won't forget!"
As they walked out of the secret passage, Roy suddenly thought of Isabella.
The nun had said she would come to the basement to find him after eliminating the sinners. But now the basement dungeon was cleared, and she still hadn't appeared.
Had something unexpected happened?
Keller was a little surprised that Roy suddenly stopped moving.
"What's wrong, Roy?"
"I came in with a friend. I don't know why she hasn't come to meet me."
"Then hurry up and go find her!"
Keller's main injuries were to her shoulders, so walking wasn't a problem. Roy took her with him to look for Isabella.
They finally found the injured nun, Isabella, with a wound to her abdomen, in a luxurious private room.
"Ms. Isabella, what happened?"
The nun remained silent, only looking at a young woman lying unconscious in front of her. The young woman was still holding a bloodstained dagger in her hand.
The unconscious young woman was wearing revealing lingerie, clearly an employee of the club, in other words, a woman with skills.
Not far away, there was a middle-aged man with a large belly, completely naked and shot dead.
Seeing this scene, Roy had a rough idea of what had happened.
Isabella must have shot the wealthy man and spared the young woman who hadn't committed any serious sins, but then she was stabbed by the young woman.
In this day and age, not everyone working in these clubs is forced into it or comes from a poor family. Many are driven by vanity and the desire to make quick money.
Especially in these private clubs, frequented by high-ranking officials and wealthy individuals, some people see it as a shortcut to success.
These people may well know how low the chances are, but they still want to take a gamble.
And Isabella, who ruined this opportunity, became their enemy.
"Ms. Isabella, are you alright?"
Roy helped support the nun. She initially wanted to refuse, but the moment Roy touched her, her body went limp.
"Roy, she must be injured. You should carry her out!"
Roy was a little surprised that the human form of an archangel would be so fragile, but he still followed Keller's advice and picked up Isabella.
"No!"
Isabella replied in a delirious whisper. Her skin started to turn pink, but Roy, who was talking to Keller, didn't notice.
"Keller, Molly is still waiting for us outside. We should go!"
"I really wanted to record the ugliness of these people with the camera, but unfortunately..."
"Hehe, if you did that, you'd definitely win this year's Pulitzer Prize!"
Keller shook her head, not taking Roy's bait.
"I think the more likely scenario is eighteen bullets in the back and being ruled a suicide."
It seemed this female reporter also knew the ways of certain people, but she could still uphold justice. That was truly rare.
Roy quite admired these torchbearers. Perhaps their actions seemed foolish to egoists, but it was because of them that this society had positive energy.
Because it was located in a remote area, with no houses within several kilometers, no one noticed the commotion at the private club.
Roy carried the nun on his back and helped Keller into the van.
"Keller, Roy, are you hurt?"
Molly immediately saw the blood all over Roy and Keller.
"The blood on me is other people's. Keller is the one who's really injured, but I've already stopped her bleeding."
Keller was just an ordinary person. Due to excessive blood loss, her face was already very pale.

Isabella was also in a bad state. She was delirious with a flushed face. Roy touched her forehead and found it was burning hot.
The archangel actually had a fever.
"Do you need my help? I've learned some first aid!"
Roy took another look at Molly. This young girl had actually learned first aid. That was good news.
"Molly, drive to the motel first!"
As he spoke, Roy took out his phone and dialed Iliana's number. Someone needed to clean up the private club, and of course, he would ask his own people to do it.
After Roy explained the situation, he heard Iliana's extremely foul-mouthed roar.
"Motherf\\\*er! You're only telling me this now!"
The voice was so loud that even Molly and Keller in the front seats heard it.
Roy couldn't help but hold his phone further away to protect his eardrums.
"Sister Iliana, the situation is what it is. Maybe if you hurry, you can still find something in the club, otherwise the mercenaries will destroy the scene."
No matter how fast the mercenaries were, they certainly couldn't be faster than the FBI-SWAT on 24-hour standby, unless the Dark Web specifically kept a team of mercenaries in Austin.
Hearing this, Iliana had no choice but to temporarily put aside her anger at Roy, leaving a harsh threat before hanging up.
"You just wait, next time I'm going to squeeze you dry with Saltana!"
As expected of a bold older sister, her threats were different from ordinary people's, scaring Roy so much that he almost stood at attention.
Keller looked at Roy with a strange expression. After meeting Jennifer and Niddy, she knew Roy was quite the player, but she hadn't expected him to be this much of one.
"Another one?"
Roy smiled awkwardly.
Then, Keller's gaze fell on Isabella, who still had a high fever. At this moment, the nun was constantly rubbing against Roy, not at all like a proper nun.
"There's another one here too."
Roy felt Keller's gaze. He was also a little curious as to how the dignified Archangel Michael had become like this.
"I just met this one, we're really not that familiar!"
"I think you'll be familiar later."
While they were chatting, Molly had already driven the van to the motel where she had stayed before. Roy's second-hand yellow Chevrolet Camaro was also parked there.
Roy helped Isabella out of the van and then said goodbye to Keller.
"You two better leave Texas, or the Dark Web might come after you."
"Keller and I will return to Los Angeles. I have many friends there, it should be safer."
It seemed Keller already had a plan.
Hearing this, Roy suddenly thought of something and then replied with a smile, "Is that so? Maybe we'll see each other again before long."
"That would be great! I'll definitely treat you well! Have a safe trip!"
"Have a safe trip!"
Molly drove away with Keller in a flash, while Roy helped Isabella into his car.
"Ms. Isabella, shall I take you back to the church where I picked you up before?"
Although the nun had killed the most people, Roy wasn't worried at all that she would be retaliated against by the Dark Web.
However, Isabella's fever seemed to be very serious. Roy had no choice but to take her to a nearby pharmacy to buy some antipyretics first.
It would be quite ridiculous if the human form of an archangel died from a high fever.
If Elizabeth knew about this, she would probably laugh for three days and three nights.
After Isabella took some antipyretics, she regained some consciousness, but she was still not fully awake.
Roy had no choice but to take Isabella directly back to the dilapidated church where he had picked her up.
The church looked like it had been abandoned for a long time. The pews were gone, and a part of the roof had collapsed. There was only a piece of cloth in the corner, which seemed to be where Isabella usually rested.
The living conditions were too harsh, but it did fit the ascetic lifestyle of some within the church.
Even in modern times, there are still some people in the church who choose to live a life of poverty, eating only bread and water and never sleeping on spring mattresses or soft beds.
These people believe that this is how they can get closer to God.
Isabella, as the human form of an angel, also seemed to be following this lifestyle.
After putting Isabella down on the simple cloth, Roy felt a pang of pity. So he went back to his car and found a few blankets.
Roy had left these blankets in his car when he was driving long distances, thinking that if he couldn't find a motel at night, he could at least make do in the car.
The western part of America is mostly desert, with huge temperature differences between day and night. It gets very cold at night.
Roy helped Isabella take off a piece of door panel and spread the blankets on it to serve as a bed. Then he picked up the nun and placed her on it.
But at this moment, Isabella's limbs suddenly wrapped tightly around Roy, refusing to let go.
This action made Roy very strange. Although his willpower was already over 30, his resistance to beauty hadn't increased.
After all, Isabella was also an absolute beauty, with looks comparable to Elizabeth and Jennifer.
"Ms. Isabella, please control yourself. I'm not exactly a saint!"
Isabella's red lips were Roy's response.
Roy used the last bit of his willpower to dodge slightly, then looked down and saw Isabella's flushed face, a mixture of purity and desire.
"Ms. Isabella, um..."
This time, Isabella directly wrapped her arms around Roy's neck, giving him no room to dodge.
And just like that, the string of reason in Roy's mind snapped.
