Chapter 9: Thousand Years of Death Barrage
🕑 Added 2025-05-10 09:07:41 +0000 UTCUnfortunately for Mizuki, his kunai was knocked away the moment it struck the sturdy body of Kazama’s Mokuton (Wood Release) clone.
“What?! How the heck is your body this tough?!” Mizuki exclaimed, his heart skipping a beat when he saw his kunai couldn’t even scratch Kazama.
“That’s just one of my clones. If you can’t even hurt my clone, how do you expect to take me on?” Kazama taunted.
Meanwhile, Kazama’s real body had already circled around to Mizuki’s back.
“No way! How can a clone have a body that tough?!” Mizuki protested.
Naruto’s Kage Bunshin (Shadow Clone) had already shocked Mizuki earlier. And now, seeing Kazama—a fellow dead-last—also pulling off a clone technique? Mizuki couldn’t believe his eyes.
“Regular clones wouldn’t cut it, but what I’m using is Mokuton: Tajū Bunshin no Jutsu (Wood Release: Multiple Clone Technique)!” Kazama declared.
With a quick hand seal, three thousand Mokuton clones materialized around them, their presence overwhelming.
“And now, behold my self-created taijutsu ultimate technique!” Kazama announced.
“Taijutsu ultimate technique?!”
Naruto, Iruka, and Mizuki all froze in shock at Kazama’s words.
Everyone knew the strongest taijutsu was Hachimon Tonkō (Eight Gates). Once the gates were opened, even a Kage-level ninja would have to steer clear!
“Kazama, this kid… has he actually mastered the Eight Gates?!” Iruka thought, his surprise turning into admiration.
“Kazama, your strength now is seriously impressive! I’m proud to be your sensei! You…” Iruka began, showering Kazama with praise.
But then, he caught sight of Kazama’s hand movements and immediately sensed trouble.
“Sennen Goroshi! (Thousand Years of Death) Three Thousand Barrage!”
“Oh, come on… I didn’t say anything!” Iruka muttered, three black lines appearing on his forehead in embarrassment.
“Sennen Goroshi?! And a freaking Three Thousand Barrage?! Are you insane?!” Mizuki shrieked.
Realizing what was coming, Mizuki bolted, frantically trying to escape.
But it was too late.
Kazama’s Mokuton clones had already lined up in a disciplined formation, charging toward Mizuki’s backside one after another.
The quiet forest was soon filled with Mizuki’s pig-like screams.
Kazama’s three thousand clones relentlessly unleashed the taijutsu ultimate technique, Sennen Goroshi.
Under the night sky, Mizuki’s body traced a rainbow arc—made entirely of, well, stuff. People would later call it the “Poop Rainbow.”
As Mizuki collapsed, he was a mess—vomiting, leaking from every end, and twitching uncontrollably.
Whether Mizuki would ever walk normally again was anyone’s guess, but one thing was certain: he’d never have constipation issues after this.
Ding! Successfully used Mokuton: Tajū Bunshin for the first time. Host is rewarded with Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)!
“Kazama, you’re unreal! When did you even learn Mokuton clones?!” Naruto asked, his face full of awe.
“Oh, you know, I just kinda figured it out while I was sleeping,” Kazama said with a chuckle, brushing it off. No way was he going to tell anyone about his system.
“No way! You learned something that badass while sleeping?! You’re a total genius!” Naruto said, clearly jealous.
Seeing Naruto’s envious look, Kazama grinned and said, “Don’t be too jealous. You’ve got Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) under your belt, don’t you?”
“Kage Bunshin’s nothing! I’m gonna be Hokage someday!” Naruto declared, thumping his chest with his signature catchphrase.
“Funny you mention that—my dream’s to be Hokage too,” Kazama replied.
“For real?! Then we’re rivals! Don’t expect me to go easy on you!” Naruto shot back.
“Haha!” Kazama laughed.
“These two kids…” Iruka said, watching Kazama and Naruto, who, despite their young age, were already showing extraordinary potential. “If it’s you two, you just might actually become Hokage someday.”
Iruka couldn’t help but feel a swell of pride and hope for their future.
