Intersex isn't the awkward binary breaker you make it out to be. There are intersex males and intersex females. If your body is arranged around production of small gametes, you're male. Large gametes, female. This holds true for all sexually reproducing animals. It's not arbitrary to define *sex* by *sex cells*. You're right, though, that transvestigators have argued poorly on this and wrongly treated this as a trans issue. The bullying sucked to see.
