Curing the Couch Potato
🕑 Added 2021-10-02 13:57:55 +0000 UTC"Half past noon, and you haven't gotten up off the couch. You slept here too. It's just really comfy. Mercy, that sweetheart, she's teasing that you need to get up and go get a job. Nah. But Mercy will do what she needs to get you moving."
Animation by SaveAss, sound work by Volkor, and voice-acting by CottontailVA.
I had planned on releasing this yesterday but got caught up in work. The latest Blender release I'm working on is taking all week long, and coupling that with the Major Studio Release starring Elastigirl finally getting in my lap, I've been swamped.
I really wanted to send out between 5-8 animations for Halloween but with how long render times are I'll be lucky if I can do just 3-4. I'm actually being LIMITED by render times! But its out of my hands, so I'll keep trudging along. Hopefully someday we'll be able to afford a second Blender computer, and then I'll effectively double my release schedule. Or at the very least, be able to work on small animations while long ones like the current project can render.
Enjoy!

Not sure if you still want an answer, but you can open the patreon page in the browser, the mega download page has some dynamic features that make the download button run away from you because of the (non-adjustable) height of the Oculus browser window but you can scroll down the page and it'll snap to the top. Download the 4k VR version on an OG Quest, it cannot play the 6k videos smoothly so save the storage and download time. You can watch the videos in the Oculus gallery player, set it for VR180 and side by side 3D, but I find Skybox player to be better.

Don't worry, I'm actively working on the VR for our major studio release of Elastigirl, and Kaeg is working on the non-VR. Meaning, we're up on the home stretch.

Yay, more Elastigirl coming soon?! π©π©π© I love her so much!

I have a quest 2 and use it to directly access our MEGA archive. I'm not sure if you have that option, but that works best for me.

Whatβs the best way to watch any of these using an oculus quest?
