I’m watching now. It’s said that in media only “bad news” are news,positive stuff is publicity. This why I cut that out of my life 25 years ago and I’m 45. No matter what you end up hearing the worthy stuff or fear campaigns they imbed in “news”. Much appreciation,✌️❤️ to you and everybody,
I can’t wait to see what you say about nutrition. My family gave up sugar & processed foods 7 years ago and I’ve been on and off again with coffee but off for a Long time now to reduce my anxiety and help with meditation. I’m so passionate about keeping our diets as clean as possible and making everything from scratch ☺️
