Progress Report. Fixes
🕑 Added 2021-04-19 21:39:44 +0000 UTCHeyo, Patreon riders of the lost something something eagle cry! I can draw better than that, I don't even have my own toys... Ugh.
Aka tells me to tell you things are getting fixed. My kitchen sink decided it was about time to get rid of me by drowning me very slowly (water leaking), so I've been trying to figure out how to fix it all day. On Akanoes end of the fixing spectrum, it was bug crushing time. If you have the tester build already, you can download it again without these bugs using the same link. Here's the list:
-Creepcam vouchers no longer stack
-Able to advance Creepcam site text by clicking
-Annodyte dust no longer appears in the combat items (preventing the crash when scrolling through items in combat landing on Annodyte dust)
-Can only buy Annodyte dust once (old players get to keep what they had, but it has no use for now)
-Player damage grey screen fixed
-Burger Shack not healing before Liam fight
-Shar now actually takes the communicator after it's been given to her
-Ben no longer thinks Shar can use Annodyte dust
There are a couple more minor fixes there, like some typos and other stuff you guys brought to our attention. Thanks again for helping out! And to non Delux-O patrons, thanks again for helping out as well!
Talk soon,
Newman.

It should... But don't worry. It's useless for now. Until 0.06, it just stays there in your inventory.

Hey now. I managed to beat Julie's stage 2 battle without using any grenades and taking any damage. Edit: Ok, I'm confused here. How do I get Annodyte Dust? It's not showing up in Argit's store.
Spartan Unmaykr
Interesting. Also, I was able to bypass the first stage of the Julie boss fight by picking the option to go back to the map and complete a Patrol battle.
Newman
Nope. You have to rely on Shar for that fight! But maybe the issue is the animation and sfx. Diamondhead's shield is supposed to shatter with that shot, which makes it clear that Ship + Julie can't be stopped with the shield. I'll look into it.
Spartan Unmaykr
Same with Julie. I had to buy every frag grenade I could afford just to put her down during the second stage. I assume that players shouldn't have to rely on grenades to defeat the Vreedles and Julie, right? If Diamondhead was working properly, then there's a strategy that can be used to defeat them without using a single grenade?
Newman
Yeah, those Vreedles are tough!
Spartan Unmaykr
I believe I have two explosive, one stun, and one electric grenade. Maybe I can pull it off. If not, I'll try loading a previous save and buy more grenades. Edit: I did it. Took all of my grenades and 3 of my medkits to pull it off.

If you use Grenades you can beat them
Nice

I think someone reported this one on the bug channel in Discord, but I'll let Aka know, just in case
Spartan Unmaykr
I encountered an issue where after unlocking Diamondhead, I'm unable to use him during the fight with the Vreedle brothers. Diamondhead's icon always stays at half filled and clicking on him doesn't do anything. I'm unable to get past this battle just using Heatblast and XLR8 because of it. Just want to let you know in case you're not aware of it.
