That end scene was heartbreaking. I can only imagine how quickly the fear and panic escalated. Especially not having anyone around or knowing what's happening. Poor Kousei with his ptsd, and Tsubaki really ia trying to figure out her feelings. I can understand her not wanting Kousei to go, we as adults know him staying wouldn't be the best decision but as a teenager...she's not trying to lose him. This show is such an emotional roller-coaster

You guys have watched enough anime that maybe you already knew and just didn't say anything, but juuuust in case and for anyone else that didn't know - our boy commenting on the moon being out and beautiful was a diabolical thing to do at that moment. It's a trope that this is an indirect way of telling someone you love them, because tsuki (moon) and suki (love) are homonyms.

What makes Your Lie in April more painful than something like I Want To Eat Your Pancreas or that one episode in Violet Evergarden is that Your Lie in April is a SLOW kind of pain.

Yeah. that ending scene really crush my heart. Can't fathom the feeling to saw your own body react like that, and with no body around, the fear. And for everything to fall on girl of teen young age. So sad. I always hold her precious 😭
