Hmmm while I would love a Sanaa Lathan cameo, I'm not sure if she would be there, cuz the Predator marked her face with a symbol, I think that symbol meant she was like an Comrade, so I'm thinking if she isn't seen as capable enemy, they wouldn't turn her into a PokΓ©mon lmao, (but I hope they break that Canon, just so we can get her in the franchise again.)

There seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding with how the Predators operate. They purposefully nerf themselves depending on what they're hunting and whether that specific predator has earned certain weaponry. It's not that their tech is getting better over time its just that they're allowed to use better tech as humans get more advanced. They still want the hunt to have some semblance of fairness even if in reality its not all that fair π
