Preordered the deluxe edition although I'm a little sad I missed the option for the signed copies. Are you thinking of adding more of these due to demand? oh no my wallet Edit: ok I have to be the one to ask. What are the plans after preorder? Will it still be available elsewhere, eg from your Nebula merch store? My ONLY concern is shipping and duties from the UK and the courier is UPS. I've been boned by their brokerage fees so many times I'm very shy to order anything shipped by them.
