that is set in the physics simulation range like for all the other simulation types, you can select each proxy and go to the cloth settings and increase the end frames of the cache , i also added a finction in the lewdineer toolbar that lets you change that for all cloth objects at the same time

How do you bake physics beyond 250 frames? I can't seem to figure that out
