Sorry about that.you can either bake all cloth dynamics OR select both proxy models, then hit G (dont move the mouse) then left click, that resets the cache

I think there's a problem with the .blend file. the mesh is exploded. Btw I'm using blender 3.4 https://files.catbox.moe/dj50fv.png Can you fix it? Thanks
