Yo that's actually a great concept for ghosts "being able to interact with things during a heightened emotional time" I like that.

I mean every Story does it differetly. So as long as it makes sense in YOUR Lore, then yes, your Ghosts can touch stuff. 😆

Spencer being able to interact with things during a heightened emotional time certainly makes sense. That could also include things connected with their past life, such as their (ex?) best friend - just be consistent. :)
