I figure that she's his grandma, but you use the word "nephew" for him a few times, when I think a better word would be "grandson". Aunt/Uncle -> Nephew (Or Niece, depending) Grandma/Grandpa -> Grandson (Or granddaughter, depending) An aunt or uncle's child is your cousin, and a grandparent's child is your aunt or uncle. Let me know if I'm overstepping
