Check out "Cast Blessed". It's nifty little mod that let you hotkey spells then fire them when you attack. And there 0 script lag since it's skse plugin.

Hmm, what are you using for the elemental damage? I tried using The Wizard Warrior with Tomebound to launch "Touch" type spells, but thanks to script lag and other things (like timing of all unarmed attacks being different), it doesn't feel too good. This looks like some sort of pseudo "unarmed" weapon enchanted to deal shock damage. Edit: NVM, backtracked a bit and found the Elemental Fists. Now if only there was a way for "Unarmed Hotkey - MCM" mod to default into your choice of elemental fists instead of empty hands, that would be a hit lol
