MagicaCSG Feature: C0/C1/C2 Continuity
🕑 Added 2024-02-11 02:40:17 +0000 UTCWill support C0/C1/C2 Continuity for Sweep Splines:
1. C0: polylines, linearly interpolation
2. C1: smooth tangent, cubic spline (Catmull-Rom) -> default
3. C2: smooth second derivative (smooth reflection), cubic spline (B-Spline)
Unlike C0/C1, the spline doesn't go through the control points with C2 continuity.

it's possible, but it won't be efficient for large number of complex primitives.

the current non-destructive pipeline requires accurate/bounded SDF functions. unfortunately, noise functions don't satisfy this requirement so far. It may be more suitable to a destructive pipeline.

And another question, would it be "technically" possible to export the object info directly as GLSL code for example to re-use it in shadertoy?

Do you plan to implement one day "noise" functions to simulate fuzzy materials or fur/hair?

Very useful, all three of them. 👍
