MagicaCSG 0.3.1 Beta Release: Helix Primitive
🕑 Added 2023-08-20 18:57:48 +0000 UTCIn this version, we have four extrude modes now (the top bar of the stroke pane):
1. Straight/Cone Extrude
2. Revolve
3. Torus
4. Helix
The Helix mode works for the following profiles (only certain shapes are supported):
1. Triangle (Rhombus)
2. Polygon (Helix)
3. Cube (Rectangle)
4. Cylinder
5. Sphere
The properties that can be modified:
1. Turn count
2. Size/thickness of line
3. Bevel/round of profile
There are known performance and artifacts issues for the helix primitives.
You may increase "round", decrease "blend" to reduce artifacts.
May add a high-quality option in the future.
You can also check the "helix-type" sample project.

Looks like a interesting program to play around with and see what i get. I'm still quite new to 3d modeling.
